Editorial responsibility
Emma Garcia is responsible for the content published on radovian.online and is the named author of the articles unless another author is credited on the page. Editorial complaints and correction requests should be addressed to info@radovian.online and are handled under the procedure set out in our editorial policy.
Hosting
The site is served from a rented virtual server located in the European Union. Czech and EU law require the publisher to be identified, which is done above; naming the hosting provider is not a requirement of Czech law. If you need the host’s identity for a legal notice or takedown request, write to info@radovian.online and it will be supplied.
Purpose of the site
radovian.online publishes plain-language guides about consumer technology. It does not sell anything, does not take payment from readers and operates no shop, account system or newsletter. It is financed exclusively by affiliate commission, which is explained in full in the affiliate disclosure and declared on every page that carries a commercial link.
Intellectual property
The text, the page design and the diagrams on this site are original works created for it and are the property of C O R E C T spol. s r.o., except where another source is credited. The diagrams are drawn by us as SVG files; no stock photography, product screenshots or third-party artwork is used. You may quote short extracts with a visible credit and a link. Reproducing whole articles requires written permission.
Trademarks
Product and company names mentioned on this site — including TotalAV, a product of Protected.net Group Limited — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used purely to identify the products discussed. radovian.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by any of them.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
This site is operated from the Czech Republic and Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which a reader is resident. As a consumer in the EU you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform; note, however, that this site sells nothing, so any dispute about a purchase lies with the vendor from whom you bought, not with us.
