Terms of use
The conditions on which radovian.online is made available to you. They are short, because the site does not sell anything, does not have accounts and does not ask you for data.
1. Who these terms are between
They are between you, as a reader, and C O R E C T spol. s r.o., Ke Strašnické 50/16, Strašnice, 100 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, company number 47550279, VAT CZ47550279 — “we” in what follows. Full identification is in the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What the site is
radovian.online is an editorial website. It publishes articles and guides about consumer technology. It is free to read, requires no account, and sells nothing. It is financed by affiliate commission, which is disclosed at the top of every page and explained in the affiliate disclosure.
3. The information here is general, not advice for your situation
Articles are written for a general readership. They are not professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your particular machine, household or business, and they cannot take account of your circumstances. Decisions you take after reading are your own. We make no guarantee that any product mentioned will achieve any particular outcome for you, and we do not promise results.
4. Third-party products and links
We do not sell, supply, license or support any product mentioned on this site. Any contract you enter into is with the vendor, and is governed by the vendor’s own terms, privacy policy and pricing. Where our description of a product and the vendor’s own information differ, the vendor’s information prevails. Prices, features and plan structures change without notice to us.
Links to other websites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their security or their handling of your data.
5. Accuracy, and what to do if we get something wrong
We take reasonable care to be accurate and we say where we are unsure rather than filling gaps with invention. Even so, technology moves and mistakes happen. If you find an error, write to info@radovian.online. Corrections are made under the published corrections procedure, and substantive ones are noted on the page itself.
6. Intellectual property
The articles, page design and original diagrams on this site belong to C O R E C T spol. s r.o. unless credited otherwise. You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Republishing an entire article, or reusing the diagrams elsewhere, requires our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to the server, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or reproduce it in a manner that misrepresents its origin.
8. Availability
The site is offered as it stands. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, move or withdraw pages. Where a page is withdrawn we try to leave a working link to its replacement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of freely provided editorial information, or from any dealing between you and a third-party vendor.
10. Data protection
We set no cookies and run no analytics. What little processing does occur is described in the privacy policy; the cookie policy explains how you can verify the absence of cookies for yourself.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here, with its date. Material changes will be noted on this page.
12. Law and jurisdiction
Czech law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence as a consumer.
